I spent nearly four years at Ola – India’s largest mobility brand, and it was a truly transformative experience that allowed me to grow in multiple dimensions. I began by leading social media efforts for the parent brand – Ola, laying the foundation for my journey. I worked on several Tv ads and videos enhancing the brand visibility and adoption. I take pride in working on various ad scripts and drafting award-winning campaigns. Later, I transitioned to supply marketing, where I focused on improving driver retention by analyzing data to uncover pain points and crafting impactful strategies across marketing, communications, app UI/UX and PR.
One of my most rewarding experiences was leading Ola’s successful launch in the London market, where I implemented targeted brand messaging and social media campaigns. For Ola’s fastest-growing category, ‘Auto,’ I developed and executed marketing and social media strategies that not only drove substantial revenue growth but also significantly expanded the customer base.
In the wake of COVID-19, I spearheaded a re-adoption strategy for Ola India, prioritizing safety and hygiene measures. This effort bolstered market preference and enhanced the brand’s perception, showcasing the impact of thoughtful and timely marketing.
